Fees & Payment
Please click the corresponding tab under the "Fees" section heading above to see all of our prices and fee categories.
Fees are always collected at the time of service. (i.e. at the beginning or end of each appointment)
Payment can be made by either cash or cheque on the day of service.
IMPORTANT Please read carefully.
The Clinic does not have an electronic payment facility. As such we do not accept credit card, debit card, laser, or any other bank card.
The Clinic does not generally offer credit to its patients or clients, except in extenuating circumstances, or as otherwise arranged and agreed with the treating Doctor.
Patients on treatment plans (e.g. those on a "schedule of care") may arrange with the Clinic to pre-pay in larger amounts if this makes payment easier. This may be done via cash, cheque, or internet bank transfer. Unused portions of pre-paid accounts will always be promptly refunded at the patient's request.
The NHS does not have a reimbursement scheme for chiropractic services, and as such patients are responsible for paying all fees to the Clinic associated with their care.
A portion of your chiropractic fees may be covered by private health insurance providers such as BUPA, AXA, SimplyHealth, or others. We invite all patients to speak directly with their health insurance providers to determine if they are covered for chiropractic services, the amount of their coverage under their particular plan, and any and all stipulations, restrictions, or limitations regarding such cover. Should you have coverage with your provider for any of the Clinic's services, it is still your responsibility to pay your fees to the Clinic at the time of service. The Clinic will provide you with dated receipts suitable for submission to your insurance company, indicating the services rendered and amounts paid for a given period as required.
